Creating requests and comparing replies is free for customers. Rental prices and other service terms are agreed directly with the relevant company.
When does a company pay?
Membership and listings are free. A service fee of 25.00 ₺ is deducted from the company’s TRY wallet when its first quote reply is successfully sent. A quote is not sent if the balance is insufficient. The same company is not charged again for the same request.
Does a request reserve a vehicle?
No. A request or quote does not create a reservation or rental agreement. Confirm vehicle availability and collection terms directly with the company.
Who can see my contact details?
Matching companies initially see the location, dates and vehicle class. Your name, phone number, email address and notes are disclosed only to an approved company that successfully submits a paid reply.
How can I track my quotes?
Use My requests in your customer account. For guest requests, keep the private tracking link shown to you; it provides private access.
Are BBC rewards sent to my wallet automatically?
