Only services confirmed by the company and approved by an administrator can be reviewed. An active customer account with verified email and completed account details is required. One review per service and one review per company per submission month are allowed. Account verification is not official identity verification.

Reviews are moderated independently of their star rating for personal data, abuse, threats, advertising and irrelevant content. Unpublished reviews do not affect scores. Edited reviews are moderated again, and reviews can be withdrawn. Companies can raise concerns through support.

The award period is the Türkiye calendar month when a review was first submitted. At least 5 different eligible customer accounts must have published reviews. The exact star average ranks first, then review count. If both are equal, that month’s BBC award pool is shared equally; any indivisible eight-decimal remainder is not distributed. No award is created without an eligible company.

An administrator finalizes a completed month once after its pending reviews have been moderated. A snapshot of eligible published reviews is retained; later changes do not recalculate closed award history. A reward-ledger credit is not an on-chain transfer; existing security and transfer checks apply. An eligible review earns the contribution reward stated at first submission once at first publication, regardless of rating. Editing, republication or withdrawal creates no new reward. Rewarded reviews are disclosed to readers.
