What is Travel Companion?
Travel Companion connects drivers already planning a personal journey with passengers travelling the same route. It helps them share empty seats and contribute to declared trip expenses. Sending a request does not mean the driver has accepted it or that the journey is guaranteed.
How does it work?
2. Find your journey
The passenger searches by route and date, reviews a listing and requests seats. Seats are allocated only when the driver accepts.
3. Discuss and confirm your plans
Participants message within their own request conversation. Accepted passengers can see vehicle and meeting details. Manage cancellations and history in My journeys.
How is the cost share calculated?
The driver’s declared total expense is divided equally between the driver and offered seats. This is a declaration, not a verified cost or sale price.
Who can offer or join a journey?
Sharing or joining requires a customer account with verified email and completed profile. This does not mean phone or driving licence verification.
What information can others see?
Do not enter plates, phone numbers, home addresses or ID documents. Vehicle details, meeting point and notes are visible only to accepted participants and administrators.
Listings and participation requests are not open yet. Existing participants can view their records in their accounts.
