Travel Companion

For declared cost sharing on personal journeys. This is not a taxi, transfer or tour booking. The platform collects no payment, guarantees no journey and awards no BBC.

I already plan this personal journey and will share costs without seeking profit. I declare that I am entitled to drive the vehicle, hold the required driving licence and valid insurance, and am responsible for checking applicable permissions and insurance conditions.

Free promotion and communication to the customer

A promotional and quote platform that is free for customers. Company membership and listings are free; companies pay a service fee for their first successful reply to a quote request. The platform does not sell tours, make reservations or collect rental or tour payments. Service terms are agreed directly with the relevant business.

City and travel content is for information; it is not the sale of package tours, guiding services or transport arrangements. The platform does not present itself as a travel agency, a TÜRSAB member or a licensed tourist guide.

Company and visitor relationship

Independent car rental companies publish their own vehicle and contact information. Visitors can send free quote requests to matching companies. A request or quote does not create a reservation or rental agreement. The visitor and company agree the rental price, deposit, insurance, availability and contract terms directly. The platform does not collect rental payments or commission on rentals. For its first successful reply, a company pays the quote communication fee shown in its dashboard from its TRY wallet. A quote is not sent if the balance is insufficient. The same company is not charged again for the same request.

Business information and responsibility

Companies are responsible for accurate listings, permission to use their images, and the licences and regulatory obligations applicable to their services. Administrator approval is not an official licence or a service guarantee. Misleading listings, unauthorised content or misuse of data may lead to restricted access. Rights and obligations under mandatory law remain unaffected.

Use of communication data

Customer contact details are disclosed only to an approved company that submits a paid reply to the relevant request. The company may use this information to respond to the request, but may not add it to an advertising list without permission or sell it to third parties. Password reset emails are sent through the mail service configured by management.

Babacoin promotional rewards

Registration rewards, where enabled, depend on company approval and the displayed conditions. Rewards for TRY-paid replies use the administrator rate displayed at submission. BBC-paid replies earn no new reward. The BBC reward ledger and TRY service wallet are separate. A reward entry is separate from an on-chain transfer; funding and administrator checks are required. Earlier financial and reward records are retained.
